CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our other clients and staff. If not, your credit card will be charged for that appointment. If a series was purchased, one session will be deducted. REMEMBER: NO SHOW, NO CALL, YOU FORFEIT.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late to your appointment, your session time will be shortened and will end at the scheduled time so as to not inconvenience the next client. You can either receive a shortened session or pay for the appointment in full and reschedule.
REFUNDS: There are no refunds for colon hydrotherapy or bodywraps sessions for any reason.
EXPIRATIONS: Colonic and bodywrap series will expire within 3 months of the purchase date. Therefore, you must use all of your sessions within 3 months. A series of colonics and/or bodywraps is not transferable. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
